1. Pick the cards you want and the amount of each. Calculate your order and make sure to add shipping & handling (Paypal is not configured as a shopping cart or to calculate the shipping. It's set for a simple one-time payment or donation instead).
2. You will see the "PAY WITH PAYPAL" button (bottom of this page) throughout the site. Just click it when you're ready to complete the order process. Once you click on the "PAY WITH PAYPAL" button. You will be taken to the secure Paypal site. There is no charge for using this service. Your order will be processed immediately after notification of payment.

and type your order into the "donation" or "payment for" section. I don't have a Paypal shopping cart set up to tabulate each item so it's simply done as a donation or one-time payment.
